Leader/Strategist: (Class Calendar)
The Leader/Strategist specialty is the role that puts everything else together.
Based on the mission, based on the environment, based on all the information from
the other areas in the team, what is the best course of action?
This specialty requires an understanding of the other specialties. This can be a
deep understanding into one other specialty, or a wide understanding across the
first levels of all specialties.

The Leadership specialty is not available at any
level until the equivalent number of other-specialty levels have been learned.
For instance the Leadership specialty level I course is not available until at least
one other Specialty Level I (any one of them) has been finished. The Leadership
specialty level II course is not available one other specialty - level II course is completed, and so forth
