Corporate Leadership and Teamwork (Class Calendar)
THP offers 1/2-day to 3-day team-building and leadership experiences for individual
companies that wish to capitalize on "scenario- based" adaptability and problem-solving
skills.
This training is a highly-modified version of the core basic course, and designed
to place all participants in a lightly (to highly, as desired) stressful environment
where it is necessary to make critical leadership decisions and work as a team in
order to succeed.
This type of learning environment creates situations that force difficult leadership
decisions, yet lead in the end to a much more unified and functional leadership
team which is able to anticipate and respond to the obstacles and dangers in today's
corporate jungle.
